The Regulator by Clutch

Ahhhhhhhh heck yes a nice little throwback for me when I first watched The Walking Dead and this was used in an early season. I’ve loved it ever since. Just heck yes. Those guitar twangs. The plodding rhythm. The deep dark vocals. And the energy just grows and grows as the song goes on. It’s awesome. This would be on my playlist if I had to face a zombie apocalypse.

The Battle is to the Strong from Fate/Zero

This epic, brilliant battle track from the anime Fate/Zero was written by female musical composer Yuki Kajiura and is one of her many great pieces of sound. I absolutely love the vocals and percussion. And the electric guitar solo in the middle is fantastic!

Something Just Like This by The Chainsmokers & Coldplay

The words in this song really struck me, besides just the amazing addictive music. ❤ I love the guitar bits later into the song, and the beat absolutely grabs me.

“I’m not looking for somebody with superhuman gifts, some superhero, some fairytale bliss; just something I can turn to, somebody I can miss, I want somebody just like this.”

Fireworks from Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix

This is easily one of the best tracks of the Harry Potter franchise! It captures the spirit of  mischevious, fun loving Weasley twins, transformed into the magic of music. The electric guitar solo is the definition of rad and the orchestral strings just take me to new heights of adventure every time! Ugh, why can’t I go to Hogwarts, guys.
